On June 22, 2021, in the Vitosha Hall of the Inter Expo Center, the XII Green Forum of the Manager magazine was held. Green transformation is becoming a key concept for the future of the world. The vision of business and institutions in our country for sustainable production and consumption, strategies for carbon neutrality and positioning of Bulgaria in the energy reality of the future were the focus of this year’s edition of the forum, which Eco Partners was a general sponsor.
The event took place in three discussion panels, moderated by Yasen Guev – a business consultant with many years of experience in energy and telecommunications. In the first panel, representatives of business and institutions spoke about the transition to a circular economy, the challenges facing business in our country and good practices.
The Commercial Director of Eco Partners – Daniel Nikolov, presented our innovative solutions. One of them is a machine for breaking glass packaging, with the help of which we support the separate collection of waste glass packaging from retail outlets. Our second new development is a mobile application that will soon be available to everyone. The application will facilitate all users in separate collection, providing rich information about packaging waste and its treatment processes, while improving our communication with residents in our municipalities. In the last months we have been working on optimizing our activities by introducing a system for the so-called “Smart containers”.
