This year, millions of people from all over the world will get united in the largest civic movement ever – World Cleaning Day, 2018
For the first time, local environmental cleanup campaigns have grown into something so big! Planet Earth is the home of all mankind and we are all responsible for it to be clean! We, the people, are guilty of environmental pollution, so it is we that will clean it ourselves too!
Therefore, let’s roll up our sleeves, put on gloves, grab the bags and get to work on September 15th, Saturday.
And we, Eco Partners, traditionally support environmental care and, in this particular case, with the help of our colored municipalities, are organizing clean-up actions. We provide the sacks, gloves, the transportation and the utilization of the waste, and you supply the desire for a clean world and activity. Of course, we will also roll up our sleeves on the big day.
The well-known campaign Let’s clean up Bulgaria together organized by bTV this year supports the idea of such global cleaning. Last year, Eco Partners supported Let’s clean up Bulgaria together, and this year we are supporting the World Cleaning Day, covering the cost of the bags, gloves and transportation of the waste collected in our municipalities.
The specific organization is still being discussed with the municipalities! In due time we will publish information about all the actions in our municipalities: what areas will be cleaning, where the materials will be distributed, when the transportation will start etc. – stay up-to-date here and here.
